Fuel Tank Source?

Any tips on replacement fuel tanks for the 53 Hornet? I have the original tank however it is in poor shape.

Renew or Replace?

Friend just installed a 53 Chevy repop tank in a 54 Hollywood.- had to create a fill tube.
