Anyone have a part number for this at all?

If you can't find a valid part number for the seal you can get around that by measuring the old seal and/or the components. The era of the car means that those components were designed at worst in 1/16" increments, i.e. 3" or 3 1/16" or 3 1/4", a cheapy digital caliber will be fine for this job .

You will find the seal is an off the shelf item and the bearing supply will be able to identify it from the sizes.
