Dashboard Turn Signal Indicators

Gentlemen,
I'm carefully proceeding with the new wiring of our '53 Hornet sedan. All the ignition, alternator, and headlights wiring is completed. I am following your sage advise and "crimping, soldering and shrink tubing" all my connections. As I am moving into the driving/parking lights, brake lights, and turn signal phase, I'm realizing that there do not appear to be any indicator lights on our dash board. The instrument panel bezel has to locations on the back side of the faceplate (see photo) that look like they are there for such a need. I think I've read where turn signals were an option? If so, are there kits out there for the turn signals and high beam indicators to be added? Where can they be obtained?

Thanks in advance!

The bosses in the back are previous model switch positions. The dash indicator is located in the dash to the left of the chrome bezel you pictured.

See the picture.... Little silver circle in the pictureimage
  • Thanks, Old Farmer! Was that the high beam indicator or turn signal? Is there a trim piece/unit available somewhere for purchase? We do have a small hole in the dash in that location, but it was empty when we got the car. =)
