Ray, They are just disc shaped fasteners dimpled in the center so they don't lay flat on the cowl, with a hole for the screw to go through. I think the small end is about 3/4 diameter and the big end maybe an 1 1/4. You can figure that out by measuring the trim width at both mounting screw hole locations on the cowl. You slide the trim onto the disc's (underside trim lip) towards the center of the cowl.The wiper transmission towers have to be off the car to do it as they keep the trim in place after installation along with the center trim piece. Easy for you to make out of sheet metal.0
