Fastenal - they are a major retailer (equipment, parts fastners, etc..) and do shipping as well - guess it helps 'fill their trucks' and supplement the transport costs for their retail business. 

- As far as I know, they do not 'pick-up' or 'deliver' to any commercial business or home. The shipment would need to be dropped-off at their retail location closest to where it is being shipped from, and they would then transport the shipment to their retail location closest to where the shipment is going.  The person receiving the shipment would need to pick it up from that local retail location.

I priced a shipment that I estimated to be 800 lbs, 3'H X 3'H X 5'L (about 750 miles) - all estimates on the weight and dimensions of a crated 308 engine/trans, and was quoted a price of $375.
