Steering part needed!!

It appears that the end tube on my steering column that connects to my shift cable has broken. It is a '49 Super Six 262 and after getting advice from some experienced members on this forum, I found that the reason my car won't shift into second and third side of neutral is because this end tube is missing the part of it that pulls the cable up.
I don't know what it should look like when it's complete but here is a pic of it as it is in its broken state. Apparently there should be more below the two forked ends.
If anyone has one I could buy, please let me know.
