    You may have an issue with the steering pitman arm bolt. A grinder will shorten it enough. Otherwise it should be an easy swap.... I think... LOL

    You could use an earlier '37 thru '46  8 cyl motor as well.  Same output, just different  block and sump.

    You'll need to find or make a couple of brackets to mount the radiator on the crossmember.  Holes are there.  The motor goes in the six cyl radiator holes.
