Hudsons at Wheels"N"Wings show
We had our annual Hudson meet today at the Wheels"N"Wings show in Mount Hope Ontario and had beautiful weather for it.
We were lucky to see the Lancaster Bomber take off and land as it took people on a 1 hour fight around the area.
This Lancaster is one of two in the world that still fly.
Cost is $3500 each for the flight which would be a once in a lifetime experience.
We had a good mix of cars with a Packard and Rambler parked near us.
Get out and drive your Hudson, people love to chat about them

As to the '30 Essex Spoke wheels, It's amazing that the hub caps have the Essex Hex medallion on them. Seems I remember seeing a couple of other '30 Essexes with spoke wheels just like this !

The hub caps are for wood spoke wheels the wire wheel hub caps are about 6" across.
The wheels are completely different to those on the car.
If I get time today I will get photos
