WANTED: Stepdown Convertible
Hey, I just re-upped with the HET Club. After several years without owning a Hudson, I've finally received permission from the wife to (at least) look for one. I have many fond memories of the '52 Hornet sedan I drove in college, hundreds of years ago.
Looking for a stepdown convertible, 1948-1953 (don't like the '54 styling). Need something in decent/mostly-restored condition, as I'm too old for projects or fixer-uppers, but can do a few minor things. MUST have: 3-sp/OD, hydraulic windows, leather int. / also prefer Twin-H, even if mounted on a pre-'52 car. I really don't want a Hydramatic, as I had overdrive on my '52, and loved it. Anyone out there got one, or know of one for sale?
Please EMAIL (brentprim@aol.com). I live over in Germany, but can call you from this end. Cheers, Brent
