1928 Essex Seat Upholstery

Hi All,

Has anyone got any leads for a supplier of original pattern seat cloth material?

The original upholstery in my car is very fragile worn and torn, missing its buttons, is faded to a green colour rather than the blue it was when new, the front bench seat bottom is missing its covering completely.

I have tried SMS Auto Fabrics in the US but they do not have a match.

I would like to save the original if possible even if it means sacrificing one seat to help preserve another.

Attached photos are of an original Essex's seats in the US (not my car, but same required).

You may be able to get a suitable substitute of a blue/grey colour, but I doubt you will get with the same  flecked pattern as the original.  I have never yet found any.  Good luck,
