Where is the WTN?

It is nearly the middle of August and I have not recieved the July August issue of the WTN.  My dues are paid up. Perhaps it is running late, Please let me know. Thanks, Arnie in Nevada

    Back in the days before I subscribed first class, I think it was a full week into the new month, after I received my WTN.  Now I get it about the middle of the month (that is, maybe 3 weeks earlier.  Depends on what kind of membership you have.
