Disc brake conversion and replacement brake drums -1947 Commodore 6

Any one have any info on Disc brake conversion for a 1947 commodore 6  would like to convert the front to Disc and maybe the rear or at least find new rear drums.

    My latest Disc Set-up
    Fabricate a bracket from 3/8" Steel or Aluminum, Buy '01- '04 Chry Sebring Rotors (#76 921), Use '70's Camaro Calipers, Pads, Hoses, & Hardware, Machine the outer edge Hubs slightly (So rotor slip fits), Use wheel bolts, or Ream holes slightlY then use Dorman #610-289 Studs. This Kit requires a spacer so stock wheels clear caliper. (could grind off thick edge of caliper though).
     If use stock under floor master Cyl, need an Inline RED Residual Valve ($11) to prevent Fluid drain back....
