1928 Hudson Electrical System

The car doesn't have electrical anything left. All was stripped out except for the starter, starter switch, generator, voltage regulator and the spark coil. Instrument wires are gone too, including wires to the amp meter (charging meter). Does anyone have a solution to the missing lighting rotary switch that is supposed to be on the end of the steering column? I'd like to keep it original if possible. I think an Essex lighting switch may be the same, but I can't find anything like it.

If you go to Yahoo Groups, and look up 1916- 1929 Hudson Super Six. You will need to join.
Then search for a guy called FloorJack. And in his files or attachments he has a very nice method on building a clumb switch.
It is also a very good group for cars only of your eara. This form is mostly for them there newfangled Hudson.0 -
