Gasket Sealants?

As I get closer to reassembling my Twin H manifolds, I am wondering if I need to use any kind of sealant like permatex on the gaskets?  There is the gasket for in between the 2 manifolds, the gasket for the exhaust flange, and of course the large gasket for the side of the block.  Do I need any kind of sealant, or do these all just go on "dry?"  Thanks!

    FYI
    I ensure all surfaces are Clean & True then install dry.
