Lance The dipstick tube for hudsons with power brakes has a curve in it so that it coul be pulled out under the power brake booster instead of reaching over booster and way down under. and was wondering if I need a flexible dipstick for easy removal. The tube for power brakes has a piece of thin metal that I think is held on by one oil filter bolts.

Ray, Which engine is this for? I have a 54 Hornet Hollywood and haven
't had a problem. Mine has power brakes, steering and AC.0 -

The September 54 Hollywood I had in the shop a few years back had a longer tube and a longer dip stick. I have searched my pictures and can't find one. Darn It!0
