1936 Terra rhd gas pedal spring
G'day all,
the gas pedal is a u shape with a long bar attached running up to the carb. There is a spring attached between the u shape and bar enabling the pedal to return to neutral position. The spring broke and I was wondering where the anchor should be. Is it up behind the dash engine side near the condenser? I just temp attached a wire to the spring and looped it up to a bolt holding the condenser - ugly will do until I know it's correct location - it's a spring you'd never notice till its sprung - and there's no mention of gas pedal setups in my mechianc book for 1936
cheers Ken
