Hubcaps needed, poor condition ok!!!

Hi all,

I've been making good steady progress on my 50 Super 6, getting the little details sorted, and "fettling her" as my Brit buddy says. I have a set of brand new trim rings, and (1) small hubcap, pic attached. I *thought* I had all 4, but suspect they got mislaid in a move or divorce.  In any case, my thought is to take 4 hubcaps in cruddy shape, powder coat them Ivory/cream to match the powder coated wheels, and then paint the Triangle red, and the "detail/character" line around the Triangle I will paint blue to match the car. Anyone got 1-4 hubcaps in cruddy shape that wants to sell (or give, lol ) them to me for this little project?

Always puzzled me  why they went to red triangles, when the original slogan was "Look for the White Triangle"!

Richard, those look like the same caps on my '54, but in much nicer condition!  They're the same size for '54, right?  I'd be interested in purchasing them, if your offer extends to anyone.
