Front suspension upper bumper
The upper rubber bumpers that fit between the spindle and the front suspension control arm have disintegrated. I thought this would be an easy fix, but I don't know exactly how to create enough room between the spindle and the upper suspension to get the rubber bumper into place. Is it necessary to loosen the spindle from the suspension arm in order to get the bumper on? Or is it just a matter of jacking up the drum and axle (and thus the spindle) from the suspension arm?
