If no one steps forward you might try e-mailing some of the regular Hudson vendors who advertise in the WTN; someone might have one kicking around. Be sure to send a photo and dimensions, because some vendors might not know what you were talking about otherwise.
For some reason my donut is still soft and pliable. But I was never sure precisely what function it served (insulator? spring? spacer?) Have you tried replacing the horn button to see what happens when the donut is NOT there? Maybe it's something you can live writhout, OR some modern equivalent can be placed in there to perform the same function.
