Twin H carburetor adjustment

On Ken Cates website the instructions for adjusting a Twin H carburetor set-up call for the use of a J-2544-1 tool.  I gather that it is some kind of pin, but what does it look like and where can you find one?  Is there another tool that can be substituted in its place?

I don't know what that specific tool is, but I think I just used an old drive pin punch tool when I was working on mine.  Seemed to work fine!
