It’s seems the bodies don’t change a great deal 51->53 . I found a 51 that I might get as a parts car will the body panel parts from a 51 interchange to a 53 ?

hornet to hornet OR even hornet to super wasp ... what if any parts interchange ?

FYI
There are wheelbase differences between Hornet & Wasp so the Fenders and hoods are different. Additionally, the stainless trim on the rockers and sides are different as well. I would say the body shells are identical from windshield rearward.

Good info so will a 51 and 53 hornet / 51 and 53 wasp have the majority of body parts interchange then ?

The rear bumper is mounted approx. 2" lower, and the position of the tail lights is lower on the '52 & '53, thus the holes to mount tail lights are relocated.

The doors will exchange as will the trunk lid (trim holes will be different though). Fenders will not.
