Amazing the ad is still there after 10 years!  Some of these sites require the seller to pull the ad.  I guess if they don't many calls they don't care.

Someone has just removed the rear seat and made it a shelf.  As far as I know they did not make any stepdown business coupes.  You would need to find a coupe rear seat.

Hudson definitely made Stepdown business coupes as I have owned a couple. That being said, it wouldn't be hard to put a seat back there.

A bit off topic, but my copy of the master parts catalog lists 'BsCpe' (I'm assuming that's business coupe) as an available body style for '48 and '49 Super Sixes and '50 through '52 Pacemakers but not the '50 Pacemaker Deluxe.

Also, here's a link to a 1951 brochure that states that a club coupe was also available as a 3-passenger business coupe.
