Might widen your search by including 38 and 39. Casting #s 152500 for 37 and 38, and
157860 for 39. When looking at 38 and 39 make sure it is not a short stroke engine. They were originaly fitted with a single barrel carb .0 -

I am talking to Karl and arranging it to be sent. Thanks everyone!

That 212 engine is for the late thirties, right? Because if it's 1940 (or is it 1941?), it will have the distributor on the top of the block, at the back, and this will involve surgery to your firewall.0

The engine is out of a 1937 so no problem with the distributer. Plan on dropping the pan and making sure there is no sludge and check the mains etc for slop etc.. If the lies are flattened on the cam I have another one that was recently turned during an engine rebuild and not used.. I appreciate all the tips.0

How did you make with the engine I sold to you?0
