Twin H Adjustment
On Ken Cates website where it discusses how to adjust a Twin H carburetor, it says on the 2nd line of paragraph "While holding the front carburetor fast idle cam in the "off' position, turn the throttle stop screw until it just touches the cam."
I am not sure I understand by what is meant by the "off position". Can someone post a picture of what that's supposed to look like? Or least explain it someone who is not a mechanic by trade.

Basically, you want to tweak the adjustments so the butterflies open and close at the same time.0
