need a heater control panel

Does anyone have one of these they would be willing to part out for a fair price? I have a chrome panel in my Hornet with just the wiper control. The car has a heater but the fan rheostat and temp control lever were jury-rigged on the right side using after-market parts. I'd like to re-route the cable and wiring to the left to make it look more like stock. Any help is greatly appreciated. ArtS
