Power Steering setup?

Does anyone have or know where I can get a power steering pump etc that I can adapt to my '49 Super?

Really a better way to go. No pump, pulleys, belts or hoses to deal with and it's adjustable.

Yeah but then you'd get rid of column shift, correct?

Not sure that changing to a floor shifter is worth the trade-off.

No you can still do it.  There was an article I can't find at the moment about installing this on a '49 I believe that was 3spd w/ OD and it worked well.  I will see if I can find it.  You just need to make a bridge over the electric unit.

Don Brown had his 49 equipped with electric steering.  The car has been sold to a dealer in Houston.  Kerry Dancy has done this too on a customer car.  Mike Madden in Tenn. has also installed electric steering on Hudsons.
