1942 Hudson Convertible Interior

Can anyone tell me how many inches wide is a 1942 Hudson interior is from and rear? If anyone might know how does it compare in size with a 1939 Hudson interior. I have the parts manuals for both but they don't give me dimensions. Any help would be appreciated.

    Floor width?  waist high width?  or shoulder width?   Are you measuring for carpet/floor mats ?

    I am sorry for not clarifying. I am looking at seat covers and how they measure them is at the widest point of the seats. I would like measurements from a 1942 Convertible for the front and rear. I do know what the measurements are for a 1939 Hudson.

    Rear seat  bottom on my conv. is 53 "  +/_
    Front seat  bottom is is 47"  +/_

    Thank you Ric. Unfotunately my 1939 Hudson convertible model 92 measures rear bottom 48 inches and the backrest is 52 inches. They don't even seem close. I suppose I will have to keep on looking for a closer match as I was hoping the 1942 would be closer. I am having trouble finding the rear seat upholstery that will work for a 1939 convertible. Thanks again.
