It takes patience and persistance. Experience helps!
I place a washer over the bolt hole then weld and fill up to top of washer, then place a large nut with hole big enough to clear weld, then weld nut to other weld. Let cool and start tapping on wrench to turn out. Took me 2 times to get this one.
