All of a sudden I don't have stop lights and horn. I put a new horn relay on and still no horn. I guessing it's a fuse some where on the car. Any help in locating it would be great.

The biggest problem is figuring what may have been done over the years. According to the wiring diagram the horn relay is fed directly from the voltage regulator B terminal, and the stop light switch from the auxiliary circuit breaker. It could be that the same B terminal connects tot eh auxiliary circuit breaker, so I would check that this connection is tight. the circuit breaker should be on the brace between the bulkhead and the dash.0
