Forum Engine updated to Version 2.6

The underlying forum engine has now been updated to version 2.6. There are some detail differences in here but the "user experience" should remain the same. I have tested this in the test forum and found no apparent bugs but if someone does come across anything please put a post in here or drop me a note to HETwebmaster@hetclub.org (drop the HET of course)
