FYI
I put a Swing pedal with small Power Booster from a 2010 Malibu and Disc on mine. From M/Cyl ran large Chamber line to Disc and small Chamber to Rear with NO Residual Vavle necessary.
I made the Disc flat bracket from 1/4" (3/8" better though), installed Chry Sebring Rotors by machining the inner Dia only slighty, then installed Camaro Calipers, Pads and Hoses. I did need a spacer fort my Wire Spoke wheels. Stops better than my new car. I put the details on this Forum 2 Yrs ago.

There is a disk brake kit for Hudsons sold by ABS Brakes. As for the booster. Your question got me thinking and I found that it may be possible to mount one of these on a Hudson, but you would need 12V:
this would be pretty cool and it is small enough if you remote the reservoir you might be able to put it under the floor

For what it is worth>>BUT have seat belts installed: "stops on 10 cents".

Scarebird also makes disc brake kits for Hudsons too. I have used their 65 mustang kit and it worked flawlessly.

I wonder how well that Scarebird kit works. I'd like to eventually put disc brakes on my car, but worry that I might be in over my head.0

When I installed the kit on my 65 mustang. It came with the brackets and a one page instruction sheet. It listed the make and model of cars that supplied the calipers, rotors, and hoses. I just picked up grade 8 bolts and the parts from the list at the local auto parts store to mount the brackets. Instructions were clear and installation was easy. I did email them before ordering and they were more than happy to send me the instructions before the purchase of the brackets. In my case there was no machining required.0

i thank everyone for their input. I am leaning toward the ABS system. I put a hydro-boost on a big boy but don't have the room on my Hornet. Gerald0
