Manifold to Exhaust “Clamp”

On my 37 - 6 cylinder I was looking at the clamp which butts up to the exhaust manifold and was wondering if there may be one which would allow a larger exhaust pipe.  The current clamp allows a 2” exhaust pipe however I’d like to run a 2&1/4” or 2&1/2” clamp for the larger exhaust pipe.  Does anyone know if there is such an item?
