Has anyone used LED lights ( 6 volt Pos Grnd) in their prewar cars?

    I don't have my project truck done yet but I wired tail,brake and turn lights with led. I tested them and they seem work fine and are much brighter. I tested them before I installed both post and negative ground, they work both ways.

    Ok I was wondering if I could use them as "plug and play" Jon B gave me info where I can get the bulb for my headlamp and the tail. I emailed the guy but I think he is going to Hershey. I cant make that this time around. My car is wired factory type. I'll try it and see what I get.

    I have reached out to and received word back from Anthony at Classic and Vintage Bulbs in AU. He has the head light bulbs needed. American Pre Focus. APF. He says they are a plug and play bulb. No equipment needed. The kit is $160.00
