New site for old Hudson tech data

I've started combining my MSN web sites onto one major site for easier access.

So far we have some of the Technical Bulletins, most of the General Specifications and other material.

Not Hudson related, directly, will also be a page titled "Back Yard Road Trips" which will be accounts of 2-lane road trips I plan on making.
