Hey guys – I want to highly recommend Doug Chase at Chase Race in Duvall, WA, which is about 30 min east of Seattle – https://www.chaserace.com/ -
Doug’s dad is a long time Hudson guy, and both Chase’s race Hudson’s in different ways – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFFxhT5_b-M&t=74s - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZBSy7YnSdY -

Doug helped me with a valve adjustment, leak down/compression test, the installation of Walt’s radiator and oil filter kits, an oil pressure “T” for an oil pressure gauge, installation of the external brake fluid kit, and a bunch of other things –
Doug knows his stuff – he’s timely and reasonably priced – I met Doug originally through the local race track community, and he spent a lot of time planning out a bespoke roll bar set-up for my ’62 porsche 356 – I was at his shop, prior to when I had a Hudson, and when I saw all of his Hudson stuff, I knew he would be the guy to call when I found my Hudson!
Hope this helps – no affiliation

Bill Chase was my go to guy for Hudson Hydramatic transmissions while I was stationed with the USAF in Omaha Nebraska. (1970 s). His son (Doug) was the beneficiary of a great wealth of experience hanging around and working in Dads Omaha shop. I only wish I spent more time with Bill when I was there...retrospective thinking of course. Both Father and Son are excellent HUDSON mechanics and better still GREAT Fellas to know! Bill and I spoke this past
summer about the salt experiences.0
