I recently ordered a pair of backup lenses for a 54. Ordered on a Thursday morning and they were in my mailbox Monday.0 -
Its good to see the parts being reproduced. I wonder how many Italia ones are sold. The prices are reasonable when you consider the time it takes to make the parts and the small number made. I assume they operate as a business, and dont do it for the love.
Myself, I like the challenge of advertising and looking for cars, buying and using a 4WD and trailer to go get them, spending days stripping parts and storing them in my purpose built shed and storage racks. I sell about 1 or 2 parts a year and to recover my costs every part should be $1000. Yet I give parts to our club office bearers if they need them out of respect for the work they do. If I need parts I accept the price knowing the cost of finding and saving parts and also reproducing them. No harm in comparing prices though. I hope everyone can find the parts they need. Barry0 -
Would be nice if they did prewar car items0

The reason I posted this is because they can make up any emblem from scratch. A lot of emblems are unobtainable.
Are you looking for those hard to find car emblems? We specialize in two types of emblems. They include the enamel or cloisonné emblem, which is made of glass and copper and is commonly found on the pre-war car, as well as the clear top plastic insert emblem, which is found on many post-war vehicles. Emblems are the sole focus of our business. In fact we can help with any emblem that conforms to our two specialties. If we don't have that emblem you need, chances are we can restore your original. Our emblem services are unsurpassed. We are the first choice for both the professional and hobbyist restorer. If you are looking for a Truck, Boat, Airplane or Motorcycle emblem, our service may be able to help you too! Our many years of experience, and highly specialized know-how has enabled our name, as well as our emblems, to become "Your emblem of distinction."0 -
For enameled badges, like those on the radiator shell, Emblemmagic had times of about two years when I checked, now down to about a year and 3 months. I found a lady out on the west coast, Karla Maxwell. She did the badge for my 33 Terraplane radiator in about 5 or 6 months. Excellent job and the price seemed reasonable. So look her up if you need one done.0
