Door panel retainers, stepdown

Good morning fellas, I am rebuilding some door panels in a stepdown and am in need of the metal retainer clips that fasten the door panel to the door. They basically push into a hole in the door.

What are people using these days? same style or plastic ones?

I haven't removed the other door panel yet to get a grand total, but guessing I will need somewhere around 10 or more. Since there are only about 4 on this current panel I am working on now.

I will get a firm number here this week.

I just don't know what diameter hole they fit. If larger I can drill out the holes but if smaller then they wouldn't work of course.
