Converting a '39 to Power Steering

I have a '39 Country Club 8 with stock steering that I want to convert neatly to power steering. Has anyone ever attempted to do this? The car has what I was told is a '46-47 column bolted to the stock '39 sterring box with a '54 Jet steering wheel. The stock front beam axle has some unknown disc conversion on it done years ago, but is in good shape. I am looking for some sort of bolt on collection of parts that will give this big heavy car some power steering. All ideas would be great!
