Sourcing valves and valve guides for Stepdowns

I am having trouble getting parts from Dale Cooper.  I ordered an overhaul gasket set 5 weeks ago and valves and valve guides over 3 weeks ago and so far have heard or seen nothing. I have been trying to call Dale for several days with no answer and his voice mailbox is full.  Maybe he is on vacation.
  I have found a company called Falcon Global. They have an Ebay Store http://www.ebaystores.com/Falcon-Sales-e-Store. I see they have a 99.9% feedback rating. They have Stepdown valves and guides.  I was wondering if anyone knows anything about them or has tried their parts.

I just called Dale Cooper for some gaskets. He answered the phone on the second ring and said he would send them right out.

I got Dale on the phone yesterday.  He said he didn't know why it had been 38 days since I had ordered the parts  and I hadn't received my order.  He took down the order again and said he will take care of it.
