Stepdown parking brake cable needed...

Fellas, I'm in need of a new-to-me hand brake cable assembly for my '52.  Additionally, is there supposed to be a spring to help retract the brake? I can't remember...

Thanks 2many, but I haven't gotten a PM.

I did get my cable to work, but it seems there should be some sort of return spring to help pull the cable when released?  I had that apart for so long before I can't remember.
