Info on '34-5 Terraplane thermostat, model K or KU.
A friend is hoping to find an original type bypass thermostat for his '34 Terraplane. This type of thermostat fits within a housing in the radiator. He has no photo or description to go by, only the original Hudson part number, and he does not have an old, non-working thermostat. So he's basically in the dark as to what he's looking for.
Does anyone have a usable or non-usable correct thermostat they'd like to sell, or a photo of one, or another manufacturer's part number so that my friend can begin his search?
You can reach me at XXXterraplane@verizon.net (drop the XXX before sending). I'd be grateful for some information!
