Looking for a fuel tank -'54 Hornet

Looking for a replacement for my rusted-out fuel tank in my '54 Hornet project. It was stored with a half tank of nasty fuel since '68 and is rusted out along the top of both ends. Any sources?

You could contact these folks and see if they make a '54 fuel tank:It seems high priced to me, but if there are no alternatives . . .

Ken U-Tx said:I have two '54 tanks back home. Will be home in about a week. The tank would have to be shipped freight due to the size with the filler neck. Fastenal Logistics is a reasonably priced option provided you have a Fastenal location near you.0
