So this adapter will work with a 212, 232, 250 etc etc.   Not sure Kerry what the Hudson 250 was.Or how does the bolt pattern of the 212 match up perfectly to a 308 ?? Hmmmmmmm

I have installed a Wilcap adapter on my 308 in a step down. I have a T-5 trans and Wilcap's small starter. Came with needed spacers and pilot bearing and instructions.
Bought a used GM bell housing, new 10 1/2 clutch and throughout bearing.
 All is working GREAT!

Do you have a standard transmission on your car?  I thought those adapters were designed for automatic transmissions only.

JasonNC, yes the T-5 is a standard five speed transmission.

I believe that Wilcap is the only one that makes a manual GM to Hudson adapter.  Everyone else is automatic
