'58 restomod project

I have a client who started a restomod project several years ago. Unfortunately, a series of health problems has tabled the project and the family would like to sell it (see select pics). Any suggestions/thoughts on where to advertise the project for sale, or what a ballpark value might be? Would it make more sense to part it out?

Wow. There is a ton of time and money invested in that project. I would think selling complete is best bet, but I don't think this is the best time to try selling.
