54 Continental kit measurement

Would someone with a 54 Stepdown that has a continental rear.. please measure the distance the bumper supports are extended from stock? I'm trying to get all the stuff together to make a conversion on Mac's Hollywood. If it ever gets back from Tennessee. I'm also looking to buy any parts from a continental. I have a tire cover on it's way but need the tire mounting and a set of pans that are useable or enough there to make a template.
