49C8.Com Gets a Facelift...

The weather up here in Washington is less than desirable to do my chosen hobby "Out-door Fabrication" - Fabrication is mostly complete but probably only 90% in reality!
Really I'm just playing catch-up financially and should be getting some relief soon! Money=Parts=Motivation (and sunshine!)
So since nothing physically is going on with the car right now I gave http://www.49C8.com a facelift and added a little more information on the project but not much content - except for the "slideshow" feature which will cycle through these 3-3D images and at any time you can click on one to load an even larger version.

I encourage you to drop by Dan Palatniks website - there is a link on my home page to his website and there are different hudson pictures and a host of others Cars and others that he's done in 3D.
Anyway hope to post some real progress soon - enjoy the feedback as always!

Dan, he did a great job for your 49! I really like those 2 55 Olds he's got on his website, just hope someday he'll put a 55 or 56 Buick on it! Do you know if he does any custom worked cars, or only original models?
Sorry about the bad weather, though summer is just around the corner. I have to do some work for a client in Pittsburgh next week, oh what a place for a desert rat to have to go this time of year! Ugh! I'm hoping they don't get any snow while I'm there.....yeah I know.....I'm a wuss when it comes to snow! :-)

Hi Dan, I love the look of the car youve posted. Interestingly that is pretty much the look I had in mind for my coupe. Satin black with chrome trim. I think though that I'll have the rockers dark so I can put lakes pipes on it. Maybe some day we can put our cars together it would be fun.0

I'm not sure about the rocker color but for the concept images I thought it was different and I may end up with sponsors logos down there for a while since I haven't decided where to place those yet - seems a long way off at this point...still once it warms up I'll get things rolling again.
Lately I've been thinking I may piece it together - run it through inspection and get it titled - then tear it down for final paint. That way I know 100% that ALL custom and rust repair fabrication is done before going to paint...(Plus then maybe someone could "Overhaul" me and finish it off!)0
