my 41 project..with pics!
Just getting started on my 1941 Super Six project. After a long time of thinking it over my father and i have decided that we want to restore it to stock. But we need a lot of chrome work and a Over drive tranny if any one knows of one... But hey here are some pics so far!

I am going to stick with black, with all new/ redone chrome would look best.0

Its seems to be a very strait car we have owned it for about 5 years now i drive it all the time in the summer, we are doing over interior and exterior, and want to put a over drive in it so we can cruise to show's at more comfortable speeds.0

I just put a 51 trans with overdrive in a 47 pickup. You will need to change the clutch to a 10 in. and use the bell houseing from the 41.0

I have always loved the looks of the 40-47 models, especially black. Looks like you'll have a cool driver.

Ya i love driving it, my father also does.. You should see the look on peoples face when you pull up in a hudson to a car show, esp when you are a 20 year old kid.0

Its good to start out at an early age. Iam 31 thats not too old but iam getting there i guess. Have fun and enjoy. Thats a good thing that you get looks for driving a Hudson they are not main stream line like the chevys and fords.0
