Installing a spot light

I'm planning to mount a spot light on my stepdown. Where should I drill? :-)

Any advice?

I have a General Service Policy Bulletin that says in part "No other Spotlight can be properly installed on the New Hudson. The pillar post is narrow and houses numerous light wires. The hole must be drilled at the prescribed angle determined by the outside mounting bracket."

That said, somebody else will come on and tell you how to do it.
