Hudson Training Films- $317.00
So what do you guys think? I ended up winning this at around $317.00 including shipping. Seems like a good price for a complete rare piece of Hudson history? $300 bucks will only buy you a pair of fancy Basketball shoes nowdays... Niels

If you want to see them transferred to DVD the HET store has them. They are DVD's 1-3 and they are pretty interesting to watch.0

I think you got ahold of some rare Hudson Historical Swag - how can you put a price on that?
Sure be nice to see the films get restored or saved in some fashion as the listing says the films are all different...0 -
Two people today are saying God Bless eBay; the buyer and the Seller. Why in the world was shipping so high? Delivered by armed courier?0

I'm sure it has got to be very, very heavy with a large leather carrying case, complete projector, films and records. Hmmm, I wonder if all my old classic porno films will work on that projector?... LOL. Niels0 -

Yes you scored well, Niels - original beats copy any day in value. Personally I don't think the price outrageous. I don't count shipping costs in my wins on ebay - price of doing business.

Niels - I'm glad I lowered my bid by $50 to only $200 (snipping) just to see you win. anyway I had contacted the owner last week and asked him if I could pick them up, he said yes. Anyway to save the $100 why don't you have him ship the film and sometime when Im in his area (going to the Front Royal Hudson meet in May and going by his place) I'll grab the projector and ship it to you UPS ground - which will be cheap.
See what you can't work out with the seller - hate to see ya waste $100. He shouldn't charge more then $15 for shipping the film.0 -
I very much appreciate the offer and it is a kind gesture. I may aswell just get it all taken care of before I get tied up in a new job. Regards, Niels0

Niels, this is C.J., the seller of the films/records/projector.
I shipped your films and projector Wednesday Priority Mail. The actual postage costs was $80, and between boxes, popcorn, protective paper, tape and time, the cost of shipping was break even...as it was intended.
I hope you will find you got a great deal on this set. I really wish you enjoy them and find they are more valuable than the price you paid. I'm glad I found a buyer who appreciates this item more than I and was willing to pay enough for me to sell them. God Bless Ebay, as someone else said!
Anyways, good luck to you and thanks for your purchase!

Hi CJ,
I got the items today, thank you. One of the records broke in shipment but I am very happy with the items so don't worry about it. I don't know if you noticed but every record cover has the date and the names of the salesman who were shown each of the films. Neat stuff. Again don't worry about the one record, I'll see if it is possible to fix an old broken record (and I'm not talking about my ex-wife......) Regards, Niels0
