door gap specs for stepdown?
i am refitting the driver's side door after repairing/replacing the hinges,it seems to me that the gap at the front of the door is more than in back where it latches.
it looks like i need to leave extra to have room for the weatherstripping, does anyone have any measurements i could shoot for?

The only measurements I've seen are for the cross section of the door jamb to make sure the car is square after a repair. They list these dimensions in the Hudson Body and Service Manualyorgatron wrote:OK,i didn't really think this one was all that hard...
Fitting the doors is simply that - does it operate easily and does water and or air get by the seals?
Did you have to do any repairs around the hinge mounting points on the doors or body?
Could your hinges be bent?0
